Jack is polite, hard working, timely, tidy, professional, easy to communicate with, thorough, competitively priced and to be recommended without reservation. He did a number of jobs for us: replacing outside lights, installing outside sockets, installing an outside security light, installing dimmers, removing downlighters and installing a pendant light in their place. The downlighter/pendant job was tricky due to limited access from above but Jack made sensible suggestions to get round the issues and completed the work with minimal disruption and to a very high standard.
